American POWs of Japan is a research project of Asia Policy Point, a Washington, DC-based nonprofit that studies the US policy relationship with Japan and Northeast Asia. The project aims to educate Americans on the history of the POW experience both during and after World War II and its effect on the U.S.-Japan Alliance.

Japan will never admit their wrong doings during WW2, that word is not in their dictionary. It is not to describe what their former military have done to mankind. Women and children as well.The former Japanese military army raped our children and mothers and starved us to death, in these so called protection camps. That's what we had to name it. A better name was Hell. Japan it's time to take the blame and remove the shame.
